CATSINGTON returns with “to another town,” a new single that uses baseball as a backdrop to explore friendship, rivalry, distance, and the changes that come with time.
Driven by pulsing synths and post-punk grooves, the track balances danceable energy with emotional honesty. At its core is a simple question: can friendships survive as people grow older and move in different directions?

The project was created by Los Angeles filmmaker and photographer Jeff Katz. What began as a personal creative outlet, built from old equipment in his apartment, gradually evolved into something much larger.

CATSINGTON

Approaching music the way he edits films or assembles visual collages, Katz developed CATSINGTON into a collaborative project. Seeking a voice to complement his own, he connected with Swiss vocalist Bhuvan Singh through Instagram.
Alongside bassist Paul Bucholz and drummer Justin Heaverin, the group created a collection of songs shaped by improvisation, creative connection, and shared experiences.
“to another town” captures the uncertainty of change while holding onto the possibility of new beginnings, offering a thoughtful and relatable reflection on the relationships that shape our lives.
