Sometimes, one moment is enough to change the way we see our lives. The Jimi Bennett Band explores that idea in “When Love Walks In,” an original single about love, faith, and the possibility of starting over after difficult times.

Recorded in Jimi Bennett’s home studio, the song grew out of a personal creative process that allowed the three musicians to experiment and bring their ideas together. Its message centers on the difference love can make when it enters someone's life, offering hope when things feel uncertain and reminding us that a difficult past doesn't have to define what comes next.

Faith also plays an important role in the band's approach. Guided by their belief in God and love's ability to transform people, the musicians treat the song as a reminder that even after painful experiences, there is still room for healing and renewed hope. Rather than relying on complicated ideas, “When Love Walks In” delivers its message through heartfelt vocals and a memorable melody.

The band brings together musicians with very different backgrounds. Jimi Bennett, the group's vocalist, songwriter, and preacher, founded Sacred Fire, the national recording band StarSong, and toured across the United States with GRAMMY-winning artists Petra and Mylon LeFevre & Broken Heart. His work brings together music and faith, two elements that remain central to the band's identity.

Guitarist John Davis adds decades of experience as a musician and songwriter. He founded Last Generation and For You Brother, and his work has received support from music equipment brands including Peavey, Washburn, ADA, and DigiTech. A Berklee-trained musician and GRAMMY voting member since 2010, Davis has written more than 200 songs, with his music featured internationally and used in productions such as NCIS and Fox Network programming, as well as Mercedes-Benz television commercials.

On keyboards and piano is Jean Carllos Lemes Miranda, a self-taught musician whose career took off when he joined the Brazilian rock band Oficina G3 at just 21. As part of the group, he recorded on eleven albums that collectively sold more than five million copies, performing for audiences in sold-out arenas around the world. His experience brings another dimension to the band's sound.

With “When Love Walks In,” these three musicians bring their different experiences together around a shared belief in music's ability to connect with people. As the Jimi Bennett Band looks toward future bookings and festival performances, the single introduces a new chapter for the trio—one built on faith, collaboration, and the hope that a song can reach someone at exactly the right moment.
