Irish singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Peadar Connolly presents “Codhlaím go Suan”, a delicate reinterpretation of a lullaby based on medieval Irish poetry and popularized by the choral group Anúna. Performed entirely in Irish, the piece conveys a sense of calm, refuge, and companionship through an intimate performance supported by vocals and the autoharp.

The recording features award-winning Chinese singer Yijia Tu on backing vocals and English musician Mitchell Keely, who adds textures with the bouzouki and violin, enriching the traditional atmosphere of the piece.
